  First time ordering something from Your Football World unfortunately I will not be using their services again due to an apparent lack of communication from them and lack of customer service.
  
  Placed an order with them around 18th of August for a full goalkeeper kit that I thought at the very least I'd get for the beginning of September. Also setup an account with them online.
  
  Can't access my account and haven't yet received my purchase has been well over 3 weeks and I've received no communication from them to say what the delay was. I've tried ringing them got through to them once they said they would call me back they didn't. I've tried ringing them left numourous voice messages a formal email and still no response.
  
  So I have set up with PayPal a formal dispute against Your Football World for a full refund due to a lack of response and customer service.
  
  It's a real shame as when you look at all the options, online products and services as well as price they seem bang on the money.
  
  Think you may need to work on your customer service skills
